The correct option is A 2mv3
Given that,

t=mx2+nx

Differentiating w.r.t. x, we get

dtdx=1v=2mx+n

v=12mx+n .......(1)

Again differentiating w.r.t. t, we get

a=dvdt=2m(2mx+n)2(dxdt)

Substituting (1) in above equation,

a=(2m)v3

So, the retardation will be,

a=2mv3

Hence, option (A) is correct.
