The resistors R1,R2,R3andR4 in the figure given below are all equal in value.
What would you expect the voltmeters A, B and C to read assuming that the connecting wires in the circuit have negligible resistance?

Since, the circuit has four resistances of same value.

Therefore, the voltage drop across each resistor will be same.

12/4 = 3 v each.

Across A = 3 v

Across B = 3 v

Across C = 3+3 = 6 v
