The rms speed of a gas molecules at absolute temperature $$T$$ is given by: 
                 $$v_{rms}=\sqrt{\dfrac{3RT}{M}}$$
where, $$R=8.31Jmol^{-1}K^{-1}$$  universal gas constant
            $$M=$$ molar mass of gas in kg
For Oxygen, $$M=0.032kg/mol$$
                      $$T=300K$$ (given)
Therefore, $$v_{rms}$$ of Oxygen molecules will be:
                  $$v_{rms}=\sqrt{\dfrac{3\times8.31\times300}{0.032}}=483\ m/s$$
