Let salaries of $A,B$ and $C$ be $2k,3k$ and $5k$ respectively.
New salary of $A$ $=\frac{115}{100}\times 2k=\frac{23k}{10}$
New salary of $B$ $=\frac{110}{100}\times 3k=\frac{33k}{10}$
New salary of $C$ $=\frac{120}{100}\times 5k=\frac{60k}{10}$
Required ratio $=\frac{23k}{10}:\frac{33k}{10}:\frac{60k}{10}=23:33:60$
