Since, $S.P.<C.P.$, for $15$ articles there is a Loss
So, Loss % $=\frac{C.P.-S.P.}{C.P.}\times 100=\frac{15x-12x}{15x}\times 100=\frac{3}{15}\times 100=20$ %
