For 3ϕ transmission line we can use relation,

X1=XsXm ..(1)

X0=Xs+2Xm ...(2)

Also given, X0=32Ω and X1=16Ω

Solving (1) and (2) simultaneously,
XsXm=16

Xs+2Xm=32

3Xm=16

Xm=1635.33Ω
