The whole circle represents the time of $24hours$ and out of these hours, the sloth sleeps for $16hours$.

Time for which sloth is asleep$=16hours$

$\therefore$Time for which sloth is asleep$=8hours$

So, the time after $16hours$ from $6h15min$ will be:

$t=6h15min+16h$

$\Rightarrow 22h15min$

it will awake at 22h 15 min
