By observing above figure, we have sleeping time of python = 18 hours

Awaking time of python = (24 - 18) = 6 hours

Ratio of sleeping time to awaking time = $\frac{18 h}{6 h}$

= $\frac{3}{1}$ [on dividing numerator and denominator by 6]

= 3 : 1

Hence, the ratio of sleeping time to awaking time is 3 : 1.
