Length of rectangle$=20-(3.5+3.5)$

$=13m$

Area of the rectangle portion$=$length$\times$ breadth

$=13\times 7$

$=91m^2$

Area of semicircular portion$=\pi r^2$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times {3.5}^2$

$=38.5m^2$

Area of whole garden$=91+38.5=129.5m^2$

Perimeter of rectangle$=2(13+7)$

$=40m$

Perimeter of semicircular portion$=(2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 3.5)$

$=22m$

Perimeter of garden$=40+22=62m$
