The side of a right angle triangle $PQR$ are $PQ=7cm,PR=25cm$ and $\angle Q={90}^o$ respectively.Then find, $\tan P-\tan R$.

In $△$ PQR using pythagoras theorem

$(PR{)}^2=(PQ{)}^2+(QR{)}^2$

625-49=$(QR{)}^2$

$(QR{)}^2=576$

QR=24CM

now tan P = $\frac{24}{7}$ and tan R =$\frac{7}{24}$

tanP-tanR= $\frac{24}{7}-\frac{7}{24}=\frac{576-49}{168}=\frac{527}{168}$
