We know that hypotenuse is the longest side. If 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm and 2 cm are the lengths of a triangle, then 2.5 cm will be the hypotenuse.
(2.5)2=6.25 and
(1.5)2+(2)2=2.25+4=6.25
Here,(2.5)2=(1.5)2+(2)2
Hence, by the converse of Pythagoras theorem, the given triangle is a right triangle.
