The correct option is B A is +ve and B -ve and |A|=|B|

The field lines go out of charge A and go towards charge B. Hence A is positive charge and B is negative charge.
Since, the field lines are symmetrical and field line density are same near A and B.
Hence, magnitude of charge at A is equal to magnitude of charge at B.
