The correct option is A 9 : 1
Let number be x and y
Now, according to the question
x+y=25.......(1)xy=20.......(2)
On adding (1) and (2), we have
2x=45
x=452=22.5
From equation (1)
22.5+y=25
y=2522.5=2.5
Required ratio = 22.5 : 2.5 = 9 : 1
