The sum of a two digits number and the number obtained by reversing the order of the digits is 121. If digits in unit's and ten's place are x and y respectively, then write the linear equation representing the above statement

The number is 10y+x.
Number obtained by reversing the digits =10x+y
Now according to the question-
(10y+x)+(10x+y)=121
11x+11y=121
x+y=12111=11
Thus the required linear equation is x+y=11.
