Open in App
Solution

Let these 3 multiples consecutive
therefore 3 numbers will be
9x, 9x+9, 9x+18 {since numbers are multiples of 9}
Now 9x+9x+9+9x+18=378{ since sum of multiplers of 9 here is 378}
27x+27=378
27x=378-27
27x=351
so x=351/27= 13

Since x=13
consecutive multiples are
1)9x=9*13= 117
2)9x+9=117+9=126
3)9x+18= 126+9=135
so 117,126,135 are the multiples
and 117+126+135=378
