Let the two consecutive number be $2x+1$ and $2x+3$..

According to the question,

$$\begin{gathered} (2x+1)+(2x+3)=128 \\ 4x+4=128 \\ 4x=128-4 \\ 4x=124 \\ x=\frac{124}{4} \\ x=31 \end{gathered}$$

Required number are $$\begin{gathered} 2x+1=2\times 31+1=62+1=63 \\ 2x+3=2\times 31+3=62+3=65 \end{gathered}$$
