$x + y = 25$ ……….. $(1)$
$3 y - 2 x = 25$
$- 2 x + 3 y = 25$
$2 x - 3 y = - 25$ ……….. $(2)$
$2 x + 2 y = 50$
$2 x - 3 y = - 25$

$y = \frac{75}{5} = 15$
$y = 15$
$x + y = 25$
$x = 25 - y$
$x = 25 - 15$
