Let the fixed charge be x and the variable charge be y.

x + 10 y = 105 (1)

x + 15 y = 155 (2)

on (2) – (1)

y = 10 & x = 5

For travelling 25 km, he has to pay (5 + 25 $\times$ 10) = Rs.255.
