The three small sphere as shown in fig. carry charges $q_{1} = 4 n C, q_{2} = - 7.8 n C$ and $q_{3} = 2.4 n C$ . Find out the magnitude of the net electric flux in $N m^{2} / C$ through $S_{2}$ surface shown in cross section in the figure.

Flux through closed surface $S_{2}, ϕ_{S_{2}} = \frac{Q_{i n}}{ϵ_{0}} = \frac{q_{2}}{ϵ_{0}} = (- 7.8 \times 10^{- 9} C) / ϵ_{0} = - 881 N m^{2} / C$
