Flux through closed surface $S_{3}, ϕ_{S_{3}} = \frac{Q_{i n}}{ϵ_{0}} = \frac{q_{1} + q_{2}}{ϵ_{0}} = ((4.00 - 7.8) \times 10^{- 9} C) / ϵ_{0} = - 429 N m^{2} / C$
