Given,
Reverse saturation current, IS=1016A
Base current, IB=250 μA
Collector current, IC=βIB+(1+β)I=(50×250×106+51×1016)A

=12.5mA

But, collector current, IC=IBeVBEV2

12.5×103=1016eVBE26×103

Base to emitter voltage, VBE=(26×103)In(12.5×1013)=0.844V
