Solution

Given:
Sides: a=122 m, b=22 m and c=120 m

Perimeter, P=122+22+120=264 m

Semi perimeter =S=2642, S=132m

A=s(sa)(sb)(sc) ........(Heron's formula)

A=132(132122)(13222)(132120)

=132×110×10×12=1320m2

For 1m2, area per year, rent =Rs. 5000

For 1m2, area per month rent =Rs.500012

For 1320m2, area 3 months rent =Rs. 500012×3×1320

Rent =Rs. 1650000
