The two components of blood are plasma and corpuscles. If corpuscles are suspended in plasma how can they be two different components?

Blood consist of plasma and blood cells where blood cells are suspended in plasma.
Blood cells are suspended in plasma and not dissolved in it. Suspended doesn't mean they are dissolved.
When you put a stone in water, it is suspended not dissolved while if you put sugar in water, it is "dissolved sugar" in water.
