Ionic Product of water:
H2O(l) + H2O (l)H3O+ (aq.)+ OH (aq.) or H2O(l)H3O+(aq) + OH(aq).
As per laws of mass action : Kc=[H+][OH][H2O]Kc×[H2O]=Kw=[H+][OH]
We can see that units of Kw are equal to units of [H+]×[OH]
