the velocity of time graph of a body is a straight line parallel to the time axis. Is the body at rest ?

1)the body will be said to have zero acceleration
2)we can also say that the body has uniform velocity

as velocity is rate of change of displacement and if there equal change in displacement in equal interval of time the body will have uniform velocity
