The correct option is A 2
According to Avagadro law, equal volumes of all gases will have an equal number of moles.

The volume of 10 moles of an ideal gas is 1 litre at 270C and 1 atmospheric pressure.

At same temperature and pressure,

V1V2=n1n2

So, the volume of 20 moles of same gas at same temperature and pressure will be 2 litres.

Hence option A is correct.
