10 volume H2O2 means 1 L of H2O2 will liberate 10 L of O2 at STP

Since 1 mole oxygen gas is liberated by 2 moles H2O2

22.4 L of oxygen gas is liberated by 2 moles H2O2

10 L of oxygen gas is liberated by 222.4×10=0.8928 moles H2O2

Mass of H2O2=0.8928×34=30.357 g

N=weight×1Lequivalent weight=30.357×117=1.78 g/L

Using the relation N1V1=N2V2,

1.78×V1=2×200

V1=224 ml
