According to de Broglie's equation, λ=hmv

Where, λ= de-Broglie wavelength and h=6.626×1034Js=Planck's constant

m=mass of electron=9.1×1031 kg and v= velocity=107 m/s

upon substitution we get:

λ=6.626×1034×36009.1×1031×107
