Solution

The correct option is B 150 g
You know,
1 kg = 1000 gm.

So, 3 kg will be:
=3×1000=3000 g.

Weight of the pump = 3kg 150g.
Converting the entire weight into grams,
3 kg 150 g = 3000 gm+150 g=3150 g.

Now, the pump is made of 21 identical parts.

So, the weight of each part in grams will be equal to:
3150÷21.

Calculating 3150÷21 by box method of divsion,

Adding the partial quotients, the final quotient as:
100+40+10=150.

Hence, the weight of each part of the pump will be 150 g.
