Force applied to life a mass of 15 kg at the earth, $F=m{g}_e=15g_{e}N$
Therefore, the mass lifted by the same force on the moon.
$F=m{g}_m$
$m=\frac{F}{g_m}=\frac{15g_e}{g_m}=\frac{15g}{\frac{g}{6}}=90kg$
