$10rad/s=\omega$

$V_{net}=\sqrt{v^2+v_0^2+2v{v}_{0}cos\theta }$

$=\sqrt{4+9+2\times 2\times 3\times \frac{1}{2}}$

$=\sqrt{13+6}=\sqrt{19}\approx =4.36$
