According to Einstein's photoelectric effect,
Work function, ϕ=hνK.E
As the velocity of the emitted photoelectron is zero, the K.E of the photo electron will also be zero.
So, ϕ=hν
We know, E (in eV)=12400wavelength (Ao)
hν=12400wavelength (Ao)
wavelength=1240050=248 Ao=24.8 nm
