Solution

The correct option is C 1750 g
Total weight of bananas = 3 kg
Sham ate 12 kg
Robin ate 34 kg
We know that one quarter of a kg is 250 g, half of a kg is 500 g and three quarters of a kg is 750 g.
So Sham ate 12 kg = 500 g
Robin ate 34 kg = 750 g
Total bananas = 500 g + 750 g
= 1250 g
We know that 1 kg = 1000 g
So 3 kg = 3000 g
Weight of remaining bananas =
3000 g - 1250 g = 1750 g
