The correct option is C 111 m
Let P be the point at distance x from the mass 100 kg where net gravitational field intensity, Enet=0. So,

E1=E2...(1)

In the figure, E1 and E2 are the field intensities at point P due to masses 100 kg and 10000 kg respectively.

Substituting the values in equation we get,

G×100x2 = G×10000(1x)2

(1xx)2=(10)2

1x=±10x

x=111 m

Hence, Option (c) is the correct answer.
