Less Than ${360}^o$

We know obtuse angles are always greater than ${90}^o$. So, when two obtuse angles are added, the sum will always greater than ${90}^o+{90}^o$ i.e. greater than ${180}^o$.
And also obtuse angles are always less than ${180}^o$ so sum of two obtuse angles will always be less than ${180}^o+{180}^o$ i.e. ${360}^o$.
Hence, options $\left(a\right)\text{and}\left(b\right)$ are correct.
