The correct option is B Only conclusion II follows
As per the statements, all planets are moons and all moons are stars.
Now, if we look at conclusions
I. All Planets are moons- If we look first statement, it says all planets are moons but it does not says all moons are planet. Thus, conclusion I is false.
II. All planet are stars: From statement II, we know that all moons are stars and from statement I we know all planets are moons. So, this means all planets are also stars.
Therefore, conclusion II is true.
Hence, option 'B' is correct.
