Human Resource Management deals with management of human capital. So, no matter how many people are out there, the point is to manage them. Human Resource Management is an art that has developed over time with complexities arising in assigning responsibilities and settling matters with employees. A I already mentioned, HRM is an art which requires a different and special set of skills to manage human capital.
