Let thickness be t. Let the radii be rw and rm and density be ρw and ρm for the wooden and metal plate respectively.
So Iw=πr2wtρwr2w2=πr4wtρw2
and Im=πr2mtρmr2m2=πr4mtρm2
Given that, Iw=2Im, ρm=8ρw
we get r4w=16r4mrw=2rm
so ratio of radii of wooden plate to metal plate is 2:1
