Assertion-Reason relation
The glomerular filtration occurs through minute pores under high pressure, hence is also called as ultra filtration. The filtration is carried out in the glomerular capillaries and the filtrate passes through the filtration slits present in the wall of the Bowman's capsule. The filtrate produced is called glomerular filtrate. Hence, the assertion is true.

This glomerular filtrate gets collected in the lumen of the Bowman’s capsule. Only minute and small molecules can pass through the filtration slits.

Substances of larger size such as blood proteins and blood cells can not pass through these slits as blood gets filtered out in the glomerulus. Hence, the filtrate collected in the cavity of Bowman’s capsule after filtration is plasma minus blood proteins. So, the reason statement is incorrect.
