LossofM.E=KEInitialKEFinal=12m2v22+12m3v2312(m2+m3)v24=12×1×12+12×2×(2)212×3×(1)2=3J

2) m1v1+(m2+m3)v4=(m1+m2+m3)v5v5=2+3(1)5=15

Impulse=change in momentum
=m1v1(m2+m3)v5=2×1+5×(15)=1Ns
