The correct option is C zero

The various forces acting at charge +Q are FB force of attraction
=14πε0.Q2a2

At C the force there will be repulsive force.
So, Fc is force of repulsion =14πε0.Q2a2

Resolving the force, we have FBsin60 and FCsin60 are equal and opposite forces, will cancel each other. Hence net force in a direction perpedicular to BC is zero.
