From FDB of 3 blocks.
$T_{1} = 10 a$ ....(1)

$T_{2} - T_{1} = 20 a$ ....(2)

$60 - T_{2} = 20 a$ ....(3)

$a d d i n g e q u a t i o n (1) + (2)$

$T_{2} = 30 a$ (4)

from (3) and (4) equation

$60 = 50 a$

$a = \frac{6}{5} = m / s^{2}$
now

$T_{1} = 10 a = \frac{10 \times 6}{5} = 12 N$

$T_{2} = 30 a = \frac{30 \times 6}{5} = 36 N$
