The correct option is C 0.75A
Consider the three cells are connected in series, then current I through the circuit is given by,
I=3×23r+2
Now, if the three cells are connected in parallel, then current I through the circuit is,
I=2r3+2
but,
63r+2=6r+6 and r=2Ω
Hence, I=3×23×2+2=0.75 Amp.
