$V_{1} = 10.9 V_{2} = 11.4042 V_{3} = 11.42$
Average value $= \frac{10.9 + 11.4042 + 11.42}{3}$
$= 11.2414$
$= 11.2$
$∴$ The correct way of reporting the average value is $11.2$
