Solution

The correct option is C Na2S2O3
Na2S2O3(aq)+2HCl(aq)S(s)White+SO2(g)+H2O(l)+2NaCl(aq)

3SO2(g)+Na2Cr2O7(g)+H2SO4(aq)Cr2(SO4)3(aq)+K2SO4(aq)+H2O(l)

Na2SO3 and Na2S4O6 both produces SO2 on treatment with HCl but does not give white precipitate of sulphur.
