Steps of Construction:
1. Draw a line segment AB.
2. With A as centre and radius greater than half of AB, draw arcs on either side of AB.
3. With B as centre and the same radius draw another two arcs on either side of AB to cut the previous arcs at X and Y.
3. Join XY.
