‘‘To discard the household waste we should have two separate dust-bins, one for the biodegradable waste and the other for the non-biodegradable waste.’’ Justify this statement suggesting the proper way of disposal of these wastes

Biodegradable wastes are broken down by microorganisms and can also contribute to soil fertility. Therefore they could be used in vermicomposts and can be utilised as manure.
But, non-biodegradable wastes are harmful for the soil. They have to be segregated and those recyclable have to be recycled.
