The word-'unless' is used in the place of "If ...not".
The given sentence can also be restated as-I will not sing the song if you do not play the tabla. This can also be stated as-I will not sing the song unless you play the tabla. This is stated in option D. Hence, it is the correct answer.

Option A is incorrect as it means the opposite of the given sentence.
