The correct option is D $2 : 3$
Momentum for any body = $(2 \times m a s s \times K i n e t i c E n e r g y)^{1 / 2}$
So, for $1^{s t} B o d y$

$β 1 = \sqrt{2 m k ε}$

So for $2^{n d} B o d y$
$p_{2} = \sqrt{2 m k} ε_{2} - (2)$

divide (1) by $(2)$

$\frac{f_{1}}{p_{2}} = \sqrt{\frac{k F_{1}}{k_{1}}}$
