The correct option is C10 N-m
Let torque due to m1g and m2g are τ1 and τ2 respectively.
We know; τ=R×F Taking anti-clock wise rotation (+ve) ∴τ1=r2×(m1g)=12×(4×10)=20 N-m and ∴τ2=−r2×(m2g)=−12×(2×10)=−10 N-m
